(PLUM GORGEOUS)

lOROPETALUM CHINENSIS

Author and Artist Michelle Dorothy Riksman captures nature's simple miracles and Australia's Flora and Fauna through an Autistic Lens - Loropetalum Chinensis (Plum Gorgeous)

Like a Plum,

This Shrub Really is Gorgeous !

I have all the time in the world for the Loropetalum. It would have to be one of my favourite shrubs. It produces hot pink, tasseled flowers, and its dark, almost black foliage is what is most interesting to me, especially when the leaves are glistening with water droplets or tinged in sunlight. My lot shows off all day. My bunch loves the sunlight and contrasts perfectly with anything yellow. This particular plant lives up to its common name that is "Plum Gorgeous." I never tire of admiring it, no matter what the angle.
